Karakterisasi dan Hubungan Kekerabatan Beberapa Varietas Unggul Kedelai Adaptif Dataran Rendah di Banda Aceh

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah varietas yang diuji adaptif di Banda Aceh serta hubungan kekerabatan dari diuji. dilaksanakan Kebun Percobaan Dua Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala bulan Desember 2020 hingga Maret 2021. dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan empat ulangan dan sebagai perlakuan. Varietas digunakan adalah Deja 2, Devon Kemuning Biosoy 1, Anjasmoro, Kipas Merah. Data dianalisis sidik ragam dilanjutkan uji beda nyata jujur (BNJ) taraf 0,05% analisis cluster. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakter umur berbunga bobot 100 biji terbaik dimiliki oleh 2. Karakter panen, tinggi tanaman persentase polong bernas jumlah cabang, total, bernas, per plot enam berdasarkan pomotongan dendogram pada tingkat kesamaan 95% menghasilkan tiga kelompok varietas, I terdiri atas (Devon 2), II 1 (Biosoy 1), III (Kipas Merah).Characterization and Genetic Relationship of Soybean Varieties Lowland Adaptive in AcehAbstract.
